| David Walker has over 22 years of experience with Reverse Osmosis. His vast experience ranges from the technical to the practical hands on application of the technology. Mr. Walker is one of the founders of Avista Technologies, Inc. and he currently holds the position of President and CEO. Avista Technologies, Inc. is devoted exclusively to supplying specialty chemicals and technology to the membrane separation industry, specifically to Reverse Osmosis and Nanofiltration applications. The products and service are aimed at preventing, reducing, or treating the fouling that occurs within RO membrane elements. |

| John McArdle has twenty years of experience in a variety of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment applications involving membrane filtration, electrodialysis, chromatography and ion-exchange processing. He is presently responsible for direct and OEM sales and marketing of systems, membranes, chemicals, and services for industrial water treatment applications in bottling, power, microelectronic and pharmaceutical industries. He is Product Manager for Industrial Water Applications at KOCH Membrane Systems Inc. |

Gaspar Lesznik has been in the ozone industry for over 30 years. His experience covers all aspects of ozone technology from systems design, technology development, equipment fabrication, installation, commissioning and service.
Mr. Lesznik has been with Ozonia North America since 1993 as Manager of Standard Products, which covers all ozone generation plants from 500 lbs/day and smaller. Prior to Ozonia, he was with Griffin Technics as Sales Manager since the mid 1970s.

| During his career, Mr. Lesznik has seen a wide range of ozone applications, including its use in water and wastewater treatment, odor control and a multitude of applications ranging from the beverage industry to pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology and ultra pure water for semi conductor manufacturing. Mr. Lesznik received his BSCE from the University of Dayton. He is a member of IOA International Association, WQA, ISPE, AWWA and other trade associations. |

| Chubb Michaud is the CEO and Technical Director of Systematix Company, of Buena Park, CA, which he founded in 1982. A University of Maine graduate, he holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Chemical Engineering and has over thirty years of field experience in water and fluid treatment applications and systems design. He holds several US Patents on ion exchange processes. An active member of the Water Quality Association, Michaud chaired the Ion Exchange Task Force (1999-2001) and currently chairs the Commercial/Industrial Section (since 2001). |

He was elected to the WQA Board of Directors and Board of Governors in 2005 and is a Certified Water Specialist Level VI. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Pacific WQA since 2001 and chairs its Technical Committee. He was presented with the Robert Gans Award by PWQA in 1992 and the Award of Merit from WQA in 2000 in recognition of his ongoing technical contributions to the industry. He was a founding member (and continues to serve) on the Technical Review Committee for Water Conditioning and Purification Magazine. He has authored or presented over 100 technical publications and papers.
Michaud began his technical career with Rohm and Haas Company in 1964 and founded Systematix Co in 1982. He has been associated in direct sales for the past 23 years with The Purolite Company, a world-wide manufacturer of Ion exchange resins. He also serves on the board of directors of several diverse manufacturing companies.
Michaud is originally a native of Presque Isle, Maine and is married to Dr. Valeda Michaud. He has three grown children including a daughter, Melanie, who works with him in his business. He resides in Fullerton, CA. |
